Signs of new capitalism – American Model –

After 1989 and also after a big communist resistance Pogoanele skip the old regime and enter full of perspectives in a new century of modernisation and prosperity. Local authorities have chosen American model for give a uniform developing in economy and style.
The implementation of new capitalist policies was not a big problem because of the high level of education in all society and because all neo-liberal rules from Washington Consensus. Also all architects which were brought directly from USA to help local people with style of constructions did a great job. As example you can see the first picture.
Also the shopping center is the key point which make the relevance of this city. It is very deep link with all fashion parades from Paris, Milan or London.
